My personal reasoning is why would the company be buying back stock if they weren't going to try to make a go of it.

Parilla, is for all intents and purposes, the company.

The return of shares to the treasury weren't purchases.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
