SEC website - last amended filing was dated 2015-03-24...Typically it looks like the turnaround is 17-20 days based on previously amended filings by the company. If this is the last amended filing and the SEC/lawyers have finalized docs then I would expect to see an update fairly soon here! Were 15 days into the last filings to date.....I'm thinking were going to hear something possibly next week assuming both sides sign off. What you guys think. When I spoke to Norman last time he mentioned that once this is finalized it should only take a couple days to put out their info publicly......We will see????
