Although the assumption that this "NEW" company won't "LATHER RINSE REPEAT" and take your money without concern, just as before, is yours to make and live with. I've thrown more money after bad money before so I know how that goes, agreed. I would stick with the companies that have real reasons to trust the management, not ones that throw the investors under the bus-- that treadmark on your forehead should tell you what happened to you. You have a remarkable amount of faith in a company that strung you along for several years, I must say. SD
