It was initially. 002. Then they paid them for 300.000.000sh so it is now .00255. I thought I remembered a 3 too.


On April 10, 2013, the Company, at the direction of Global Energy Group LLC, converted the portfolio of 14 Promissory Notes, with a principle amount of $3,234,775 into stock, and issued 1,568,630,000 common shares for that conversion

What we have here...is a failure to communicate!
