Gunman’s Mass Shooting Rampage in Philly Barbershop Cut Short by Concealed Carrier

Earlier this month, an enraged man in a crowded Philadelphia barbershop pulled out a gun and opened fire on everyone inside, apparently in an indiscriminate manner, catching the attention of an armed concealed carry permit holder standing outside the building. The concealed carrier, who is being hailed as a hero, entered the barbershop and fatally shot the mass shooter before the shooting rampage could claim any of the victims' lives.
