Your "facts" are wrong.

You can read this both ways I think, either:

In connection with the Distribution, eligible claimants in Class 22 who held shares of common stock issued by WMI prior to September 25, 2008, will receive 0.00076346 of a share of the Company’s new common stock for each share of WMI common stock they previously held.

interpreted as: "who held shares ... prior to ..."

or

In connection with the Distribution, eligible claimants in Class 22 who held shares of common stock issued by WMI prior to September 25, 2008, will receive 0.00076346 of a share of the Company’s new common stock for each share of WMI common stock they previously held.

interpreted as: "... shares issued prior to ..."

And you've read it the wrong way! That's why they corrected it in the current press release IMO

The following sentence refers to the same kind of stock:

The common stock issued by WMI prior to September 25, 2008 was cancelled on March 19, 2012, the Effective Date of the Plan.

BTW, I started buying WMI in late 2009 and DID RECEIVE additional WMIH shares from the Disputed Equity Escrow account, is this proof enough???
