Ptah long ago headlines about relationship with Kingsly Coach,testing the "proprietary" motor oil,( could have just been spit) but wasn't the real Kingsley coach company just a made up Knock off Kingley Group All before Kingsley Group "took over" PTAH as TED (still 56 million shares not returned, valued as an $56,000 asset on financials, $500,000 invested in subsidiaries? Nortford & eggspress both created by insiders. lol Good will pro flow? That's iffy. consultant debt that was left over highly suspicious..an outlet for shares.

Point is Ted, kingsley, & PTAH have been connected for much longer than is well known. Ted didn't dilute, left as salary owed, somewhere around $160,000.

PTA holdings acquired Kingsley Logistic Group in 2012. Kingsley Logistics Group is a multi-faceted transportation group providing traditional transportation services that include LTL & truckload, intermodal, rail, warehousing & distribution, equipment leasing, brokerage and 3PL and special projects business groups.
