THCZ Attorney!!! I had a chance to talk to Mr. David M. Seeberger earlier today, David assured me that the company has been working diligently throughout this weekend and will continue on Sunday to have this issue resolved A.S.A.P. And the company has been accused of a pump and dump scam, which is certainly by far from the truth!!! The OTC had placed the Caveat Emptor Status on the company without any warning and that this is totally unacceptable. David also mentioned that the company demands the Skull and crossbones be lifted no later than Monday, although it may few more days. He told me to check for updates on Monday by the OTC. David also mentioned that anyone who cause this vicious attack on the company will be held accountable to the fullest. I also mentioned to David about the 1-million preferred shares awarded to Mr. Jerry that give he 51% ownership and voting rights. David assured me again that Jerry was the only one issued these preferred shares and the company were in total compliance and discloses all paper work to OTC and all necessary authorities. I asked David about shareholder risk!! although he was limited on what he could say, but said those who endured would be richly rewarded!!! There is currently a class action lawsuit for shareholders seeking damage against those who is responsible!!! I totally believe in the company and to my fullest support THCZ. The best is yet to come.
