Possibly the arnh shell was offered as payment for legal services in the dispute of the identity cards. My understanding is the arnh attorney resigned for lack of payment.

The potential change in ownership will not isolate previous owners from liability in a class action suit. Interesting when you google arnh class action - even a website. Interesting. My opinions as always.
