Sooooo...all this time it has been said that it was the SEC's fault there were no new shares issued.

But now Copper King says these two things in an update....

" If we can keep them funded, our New Mexico mine will start shipping ore within the next couple of weeks. We can then get the new Copper King shares issued and show those mining operations in Copper King financial projections."

So to me that translates into "Give us more money and we'll issue your shares" ... for those of you who have been 'donating' to this company via private channels (IF in fact that is still going on which I have no idea one way or the other).

And...

"We could have issued the new shares long ago, but we want to build a successful mining company not a stock play."

And that would be all well and good if you guys hadn't been blaming the SEC all along and saying you had no control over when the shares would be issued.

As I said all along...I believe this is a scam.
