Most companies directors/insiders have plans where they sell shares on a periodic basis... it takes away the possibility of insider info... i posted this link already showing his plan has him selling shares on almost a weekly basis.. 8k .. he has 4 million shares so at the current pace it would take him 5,000 weeks or 96 years for him to sell his entire position ..
