Yeah, I thought it was cool when www.access-power.com was registered by the old CEO Patrick Jensen. just to think that some almost $1BILLION$ MEA company w/$600+ million euros in capital wanted that website. here's hoping to that they also want the stock symbol ACCR. seems the cheapest way to access US capital markets via a reverse merger. I would just hope that they don't wipe out the common shareholders w/a huge reverse split....maybe leave the original shareholders with a 15% equity stake,,,,,kinda like a finder's fee. they can control the other 85% of the company. at this point,,,,accr seems like very acquirable, and all they would have to do is proxy tender all the outstanding 149million shares @ .10,,,,that would make them pay $2.2million for the 15% pre-reverse split. they can have it. I tried to resurrect this company in 2013, but let it go by the way side....just to think, if I still owned the access-power.com website, I could have sold it to them,,,,,depending how really badly they wanted it.....for a reasonable price.

only way this will comeback to life is if a MM endorses, and if ACCR files a new registration w/the SEC,and if the people who want the stock symbol ACCR come and put down some money. some real money.

company has been administrative dissolved for about 2 years. we're talking pack bay on the FL SOS fee,,,,about $1,000....plus any back fees to the transfer agent about $500......new fees to the registered agent about $250.......and maybe about $5,000 to put some lipstick on this shell so that looks pretty. I tried to do it, and spent about $6,000 to pre-dress the shell. heck, it took me almost $3,000 to pay the SOS of UTAH to bring current that preferred holder of the 250,000,000 shares they issued themselves....then take control of that entity, and then communicate with the transfer agent to have that restricted ((issued unrestricted by the ta)) block cancelled and put back into the treasury.

lot's of work I've done....still about another $6,000 to make this shell bend over so it can get f**&#^cked in the arse again. ps - hey crede

lol
