He has made some forward looking statements in his interviews that have not happened. He stated that he expected the patient enrollment in February to hit 30...it didn't and still hasn't. He said he was expecting a positive outcome from the arbitration in May...instead he got an increased counter suit and a significant delay.

I just wonder if his glowing statements about the product are also similarly skewed. After all, he has a decent personal monetary stake in this game.

I also wonder where the line is drawn regarding these forward looking statements vs. CEO opinions made in a public setting.

Next week should be interesting....
