Extremely important read before Monday 9:30am...
If you are debating if you should invest Monday or wait to get .002-.007 better price please read the following points:
1. OS is 450M, and their Market cap is under 1 Million dollars. Are u kidding me?? What a steal!!!
2. Convertible Notes will be done as early as Monday noon with only 6-8 Million left. This can be found in the last filing.
3. After that there are only 70-80 Million Notes left and can't be redeemed til May. After that the the company is clear of notes with ONLY 450M OS out there. (TH#Z just ran to .32 cents with 400M OS selling Hemp drinks.lol)
4. We currently have 1 facility bringing in REVENUE since we just took over Colorado's Steep Hill facility. INSTANT REVS TO PZOO'S BOOKS!!
5. 2nd Facility will be up and running with GROWERS lined up to test their crops by May. This is our new state of the art Nevada Facility.
6. 3rd Facility is our Oregon Facility which is opening by August.
7. Pzoo along with Steep Hill's equipment scored a 241 out of 250 and was rated #1 in the MJ Testing Lab Area. The amazing thing was 2nd place scored under 200 by Cannibus Labbs(canl) that is currently trading at 1.50!!!!!
8. Shareholder letter released last week was 100% for the benefit of shareholders. It explained in full detail how the extra 2B shares in the AS are for reserves since they have to keep 10X the amount of shares in reserves for any future loans. Doing basic math 2Billion divided by 10 is only 200M common shares that can be added to the OS. Making that a total of 650M OS in minimum 6 months from May. These also means no other shares hitting the market til November since any of those 200 M shares would have a 6 month restrictions. By that time we should be at .25 conservatively with only maximum 650 M OS and 3 MJ LABs fully functional bringing in REVENUES!!!
9. Rapid expansion was stressed in the last 3 PR's which means a 4,5,6 MJ Lab coming in one of the other 20 legal states of Medicinal MJ.
10. Being in bed with Steep Hill is like having Mike Tyson in your corner during his prime. If you don't believe me go to Steep Hill's website.
11. Every Grower that wants to have their MJ tested by the #1 MJ Lab Pzoo(all runner by Steep Hill) is a separate CONTRACT with each one having a Revenue # on it.
So before you decide to save a few hundredths of a penny, think twice. Actually no 3 times!!!
