I wasn't clear on my statement regarding Geert. I am not blaming him for the counter lawsuit. That is something unforeseen and I get it. I have mentioned before that this arbitration might take months rather than on the specific date due to my previous involvement with, granted, smaller arbitration hearings in my professional career.

I criticized him for being overly optimistic on the May 4 date and kept harping about it when, as a former attorney, he should have known some of these "unforeseen" things that could alter the course of actions by the hearing for both party. In directly, he did mention that a win will help finance the remaining budget for the PIII trial. He was so confident about it that it could have misled some of the investors and now, the big disappointment.
