Yes, dilution is coming.....not on your bandwagon of blaming Geert...it is outside of his control on these counter claims by Inventiv..

The one positive on this is that Inventiv must have felt backed into a corner and their internal assessments were that they would probably lose the arbitration...otherwise no reason for these counter claims as it will end up costing both company's more in legal expenses..

I'll use the PPS drop with any dilution measures to add to my position...short term this is not going to do well....Long-Term I am still bullish...
