ABRW - 8-K just out, but no PR that I see. Looks like they did an acquisition that increases the size of the business ten-fold with little dilution involved, both cash and a few shares that are restricted for at least 6 months and even then only a few at a time can be sold. I really like this company and their footprint just expanded big time. Very small float as well ..........
