I like what I am seeing with CBAK today, a break out over $4 will light a huge fire under the stock. Super small OS, Nasdaq stock, Li-Ion high power OEM in China making vehicle batteries that just 10-Q reported a massive China gov grant in the bank, giving a huge boost to stock holders equity.
