The truth is that TECO is a Grey Market stock with no volume. That is what you see in POS Grey Market stocks with no volume. Tomorrow or the next day or some day some small trade could put TECO back to .001. just like that.
Nothing mysterious... No conspiracy and certainly no shorts.
Treaty Energy is where they are because it's a scam charged with Securities fraud. They also ripped off everybody they have done business with and refused to file financial reports with the SEC. The ones they did file where misleading, incomplete and fraudulent. All this makes it all Treaty fault...
