VMGI CEO Newsletter 3/15

We are very pleased to have Aaron on board with our team here in Miami for the production of Green Rusher. He will be an invaluable asset to the company for both the creative and business end of VMGI. This week is a big week for our schedule with Green Rusher and we are moving fast adding more people to the production and soon to be announcing the talent and companies that will be involved with what will be a game changer for the Cannabis industry and main stream media.

More important to our overall success with the production of Green Rusher and the other projects that will be coming down the pipeline, is our economic health. We have been carrying long-term and short-term debt since I took over the company in 2010. It is my specific goal for 2015, now that the aggressive debt holders have been dealt with, to cost effectively reduce our outstanding long-term liabilities and position VMGI in the soundest economic state that it has ever experienced. Positive negotiations have taken place and we are moving fast to make it a reality with multiple parties.

The overall benefit of this decree to fix our balance sheet will have multiple positive effects to our bottom line. The most important will be our ability to reinvest cash into our growth strategies and avoid predatory financing.

With the energy behind our divisions and the deals in place with our Biotech division it is my specific goal to build this company beyond a market capitalization of $100 million dollars over this fiscal year.
