Mast Therapeutics, Inc. (MSTX)

Not sure if "bullish" is a good word to describe this stock at late. Might be another "bull" word.

Etrade showed they added more shares last year again.

If I owned a company with 100 shares and was seeking to stabilize the price I would myself buy 25 shares. This would increase value plus stabilize prices. In MSTX case they increase 100 shares to 150 shares, thus dropping the value and in turn motivating investors to sell existing shares.

Hope they have some good news soon, otherwise all the offerings, increases in number of shares and reverse split of 2010 going to drop price into .30's.
