Only thing the company is doing by allowing the share price to languish down here is enabling flippers and manipulators to load up on Tens of millions of shares to flip, and sell at bid between their buddies to stymie price growth...It is going to take events of mind blowing proportions to get the PPS out of the sewer where events have driven it.
