Axiologix Ltd. found guilty of fraud in the Irish Courts.

The Company, of which Vincent Browne was Director, was convicted and fined in a prosecution bought by the Pension Authority.

So in the last two filings submitted to the SEC, http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=AXLX&id=131854 it was stated "Axiologix Limited and Mr. Browne, as an officer of the Company, are currently defendants in a case in Ireland being brought by the Irish Pensions board for alleged breach of certain sections of the Pensions Act. Axiologix Limited and Mr. Browne deny all allegations"

however they were guilty of fraud. Plus an untrue statement in financial filings has been made to the SEC!
