It happened...Once...Then was never heard about again. I think the PPS was 9cents at the time...And $90,000 invested would have only given you maybe $240 that one time(with the promise that the dividends would increase quarter after quarter). I think that kept the PPS afloat for a little while longer until quarters kept passing and no one was receiving dividends
