So Treaty increased the authorized shares. Say they issued all the authorized shares. How much would they raise at current share price? Could they fill up a pick-up?

I think the increase in the amount of authorized shares is to cover shares that were issued to PI's that were not authorized. Sort of a CYOA for the SEC. Of course that is JMHO.
