The shares in question are grandfathered by the sec. The grandfathering of naked shorts are well documented fact. What they are in fact are failed long sales, stock was sold but never delivered .
There is, of course no public record of this so there is no link.
Finra and the sec no longer allow this practice which is why there are no recent failures.
The push is to put any companies with a history like this out of business.
The sec is fully aware of what is going on here, whether they do anything about it is a mystery .
I am surprised somebody actually. Put up five zeros here, it's like somebody feels like Teflon!
