Considering that flip flop mess announced on the Canadian merger with Oracle or Nutraceuticals and then 2 weeks later this insane sudden move with a merger or spinoff to PAI.....you are unfortunately and exactly correct. Unfortunately for the investors. And exactly correct due to the affiliation with H & G.
