They're identical. They had zero revenue in 6 months? C'mon man!

They uploaded another filing with the first and last names of every shareholder that received the divi back in 2013.

Why would they release that type of private info? My name isn't on it because I never owned any part of this turd but, other peoples names are on that list that may be concerned about their names being released like that. Electronic fraud runs rampant nowadays.

These guys screwed up back when they first hijacked this shell and decided to use HESG's old filings to fabricate their own Initial Disclosure Statement.

LATF CANNOT be trusted. They're trying to revive this scam and it shouldn't be believed. Problem is, many will fall victim to this bullshit.
