In today's U.S. Mail, I received a large envelope from E-Trade. It contains a "NOTICE OF 2015 ANNUAL MEETING OF STOCKHOLDERS" and a form to (1) vote for Andrew T. Fellner as the sole member of the board of directors, and (2) vote to approve or disapprove a 1:10,000 reverse split to be executed any time prior to March 31, 2016.

Has anyone else received anything like this yet?
