Well we all know HOPE is not a good investing strategy and I don't blame someone for wanting to hold on or continue trading it....its been a long road ...I guess for me the risks were and still are always there but the creative financing is too much for me to even sort out in my brain and if I can't really wrap my brain around something its probably best for me to stay away.

I would just about bet there are very few shareholders who truly understand all of the which ,what kind of,how manys and the who,what,when ,wheres and whys,,,, Of this deal!!! More power to them if they think they do!!

Also,,,,I hate reverse splits and if they do one ......you can bet given the opportunity if their timing is not perfect on PR to support the share price ,,,the shorts and sellers will take it down and you can pick it up cheaper on the other side of a reverse split.OMEX has not been to good at supporting the share price ...look at where it is.So my bet is cheaper stock int he future......I'll wait for the dust to settle.

It's not my fault that I am not in the stock ...it is mgmts. fault and I am probably not the only one who is pulling support.

There's a lot of people out there who probably don't or won't want to pay higher prices because they simply don't want to hand over immediate PROFIT to the new holders of shares at a 1.00 or better yet the ones that they might get at .50 cents....Pfffffttt!!!

If the vote surprises some people...I mean most think there's no way people that have a controlling interest would vote NO..but they might be surprised if it turns out NO. If it does I think,,,, but am not certain,,,, Oceanica goes bye bye......and OMEX goes back to being the company it was hunting down treasure with NEW mining activities they might be able to exploit.
