They do say mining of the Ruby is expected in Q2 2015



Expected, then doesn't happen really doesn't matter.They could say the expect to find a million oz at the ruby but will they? Expected, maybe,could,would,might ect all forward looking statements they may or may not happen. In nbri s case which is more likely?
