IMO I was not referring to material events like a successful commodity trade or new division, that would still require 8K. I was referring to smaller communications with shareholders like Q & A's seen on the website. I know on here the forum was questioned on the information put out if it can be relied upon and suggestions made to put an 8K out of a Q & A. The post referred to the point that the SEC recognizes the information put out on a company forum is a permitted means to communicate with shareholders.

I apologize if I did not make that clear in my previous post.
