Excerpt from letter to shareholders on Shareholder Meeting. "increase its authorized common stock and authorize a class of preferred stock with blank check rights given to the Board of Directors." Only Martin and his daughter are on the board. My bet is that they have issued themselves overwhelming numbers of shares in both classes so nobody can control them.
