One thing about up-listing is they need to get their PPS above a penny. Along with that they will have more strict reporting rules and requirements. If they are really serious about this and are pushing along to make this happen, then prices in the trips are a steal.

We shall see how management does in the coming weeks and months. To me it'd make sense to start promoting the stock to push PPS up so that they can be ready for up-listing. But this is just me and my opinion.
