I didn't have to read his post to know that the S-1 isn't effective and that he doesn't have any shares that were registered by the S-1. That wasn't my question. Are we missing something here? What's the delay on getting a marketing campaign up and running after getting the product into WFM? Do we need to wait for the effective notice for the S-1? In other words, are we waiting for the S-1 to provide the financing for a marketing campaign?
