Well, my program is basically a dollar cost avg, however I do it a bit differently than normal,,,lol.
When I get my allocation of funds in the middle of the month, I don't just immediatly buy shares. I let the money sit till I think it's a technically feasible time, and then buy.
My initial buy was quite awhile ago at 3.65 for 600 shrs,,,lol. Now after several buys, my average is around $2, so I'm getting there.
I have a few thousand shares so far and is a longterm investment(5 or more years).
I posted an article earlier that Mark Mobius is buying shares in NBG and that is a great sign IMO. He is one of the most astute buyers of emerging mkts in the world.
He is aligned with the Templeton funds and his mentor was Sir John Templeton.
