You won't find much on NCTO since it's a new organization. The NCTO was just formed in February, shortly after Petra Stark joined the CAFS Advisory Board. If you look at her credentials she's got loads of government experience and she's worked closely with Indian tribes. From the February 2 PR ...

Cafe Serendipity Holdings, Inc. Announces Formation of Professional Advisory Board and 1st Member - Petra S. Starke

Ms. Starke served in the Obama Administration in the first and beginning of the second term. She was the General Counsel of the President's Council of Economic Advisers ("CEA"). In this role, Ms. Starke dealt with virtually all policies and initiatives to revitalize U.S. economy from the financial sector, to the housing market and consumer products. Prior to this role, Ms. Starke served as the Deputy Counsel to the President of the United States of America. Ms. Starke managed the White House legal team responsible for all Presidential appointments, nominations and confirmation. Public private partnerships and enforcement of the standards of conduct at the White House and highest levels of the Executive Branch were also part of Ms. Starke's portfolio. Ms. Starke served on the 2008 Obama Presidential Transition Team. Prior to joining politics, Ms. Starke practiced law at the Washington, D.C. office of O'Melveny & Myers, LLP, where she focused on compliance, business transactions and tax. Ms. Starke has also been involved in representation of Native American tribes mostly in the tobacco industry.

BEVERLY HILLS, CA--(Marketwired - Mar 20, 2015) - mCig, Inc. (OTCQB: MCIG), a leading provider of technologies and services for the legal medical and recreational marijuana industry, has made a strategic investment in the Native Cannabis Trade Organization (NCTO) to jointly educate, council and market to Native American Tribes in key states around the country. NCTO works with Native American Tribal communities to assist in joint venture agreements to build out growing facilities on reservation lands using the most current growing technology along with providing capital funding.

The educational outreach program will serve to advise Native American Tribal communities in creating a thriving marijuana industry. The federal government has recently acknowledged Native American Tribal sovereignty in the marijuana business, leading the way for the creation of thousands of needed new jobs and revenues within the Tribes.

According to Paul Rosenberg, mCig CEO, "NCTO is the only national trade organization advancing the interests of the legitimate and responsible cannabis industry. By collaborating with the NCTO, we can extend our broad-base of expertise -- from financing, to state-of-the-art growing, processing, and distribution practices -- and help Native Americans navigate the unique needs of the emerging cannabis industry, now considered to be the country's fastest growing."
