The latest SEC filing stated VNDB had purchased intellectual property. VNDB is looking to sell the rights to manufacture not be a manufacturer.

In my viewpoint a few hundred dollars is worth the risk to invest in this company. If the PPS explodes, then it is worth the risk. Your ROI is substantial. This is the type of company you can make money off of in due time. Patience is required on this type of stock.
