The law firm substitution is, for those who know how clients and IP attorneys work, incredibly fascinating. Clients don't spread out IP work. You go with who works, and you stick with them - method of operation, consistency, etc. etc. etc., particularly when similar type work was done by Pillsbury. I'm perplexed why Apple would use another firm - and a relatively small one based in, of all places, Colorado. Bizarre.
