to look at the past in the rear-view mirror is useless. to make statements that the stock is down over some narrow selected time period is useless. it is the future that is important, not the past. USPR will make significant steps in the very near future as stated by several message board posters. imo, to discard these statements will be foolish. only time will tell, and that time is nearing!!!
