Doesn't hold water anymore, in my opinion. Only the actual SEC Filings should be used as a source of future information in my opinion.

I believe there was a quote on the Forum in January 5-6 days after the 10Q filing deadline that the 10Q would be out within 30 days. Didn't happen. Then there was a new statement after that self imposed company deadline came and went, that said 60 days(more or less). Didn't happen. Now it's supposed to be 90 days(more or less) and we are being told it been with the auditors since mid Feb.? The math doesn't add up.
Just sayin.

Ok to use the Forum as a guide, but better to wait for the audited 10Q, which seems odd to even say, considering most pink sheet companies only file audited annual reports, and not audited quarterlies. At least in my experience.
