I suspect Jerry has been issuing himself deeply discounted stock for the CPN's and to others.

Perhaps even .00001 stock. Problem is no one wants to buy XNRG at even .0001 and no regular retailer can sell theirs for .0001 either. They are the last in line.

And that this is another reason why he is now a dark filer.

So prove me wrong Jerry and issue your 10-Q over sixty days late already.
