Point being is GEAR cannot be relied upon for accurate information. Gear has a very bad history. If Carlton Wingett is still involved in this sham it will benefit only Carlton. Not sure what happened to Dale Geck but he stepped down a few years ago due to ill health but remained on the filings. This is a normal Pink ploy to defraud investors. You have to rely on the state of incorporation for accurate information because no Pink will tell you the truth.
