Bingo. There NEVER was any actual $10 oil.....just a difference of opinion on the value of those PTOI secret catalysts......and the public opinion won of course, cause they're the 800 pound Gorilla in the market place.....but I STILL don't get how they can make their OPINION of catalyst value something when they would not even license it in the first place......since when is a penny stock operator qualified to judge VALUE.......lol..........MLM
