On December 31, 2014, the Registrant had 125,976,421 shares of common stock outstanding.

Since our inception, we have had a history of generating operating losses. However, in the past two calendar years, we have reversed that trend and have been able to generate positive cash flow from operations. As a result, our auditors have removed the going concern from their opinion. We anticipate being profitable in the near future. We currently expect to significantly increase our revenues by increasing our client base and/or generating additional revenue streams by offering new and enhanced products and services.
