Note holders who are now converting will make this a temporary struggle to climb for awhile, but as soon as they get done it would be the right time for a good PR to start the real ride north.

They're better off waiting on the conversions before releasing any really good news, as those note holders would mitigate the PR's effect.

So let's give it a week or so I say.
