The 10-K is out and the reason for the tank. Huge operating loss.

Q4 OPERATING LOSS of $550,000 on $2.3 million in revenue.

Wasn't the Seeking Alpha author projecting $4 to $5 million in revenue for just the Something Wicked festival. LOL
