On another note. Lucas Duda and Cuddeyer is blasting homers, and Montero has looked brilliant this spring 6 innings 0 er. Heard mets are starting to talk to duda for and extension, hopefully talk becomes reality, this need to be done with all their good young players lets buy a few extra FA years in their prime. This would also be a welcome sighting, because to me this would mean they would be interested in keeping their young players, which although should be a given, but this is the mets whose payroll is less then most mid market teams. But this isn't about talk this is about action in my opinion. But the thought of talks is promising, got to start somewhere.
