I'm anxious to see the upcoming 10K, and how many shares are outstanding. The company updated their profile on OTCmarkets a few days ago, but have yet to update their share structure.
I agree fully that financing through this guy was nothing short of a death spiral, set of toxic deals. Even worse, they're stuck with this guy for a while on some level.
More than ever, it's imperative that the company begin showing positive revenues and an improved balance sheet. Profitability is a must, otherwise they'll be left returning to this guy for more $$$ and more toxic deals.
My fingers are crossed that the revenues are strong for Q4, and that there aren't too many additional shares out. If they're close to profitability, then Nulief is likely what's needed to push them to that next level.
