Thanks to Jimbo we know more about us as shareholders. For sure Kent Carasquero and Claudio Lai have a substantial part of the shares, but have also 50%. If the O/S are 858 mio then 5 shareholders are in "40-100mio" range own 327mio (38,1%); 5 shareholders in "10-20mio"range own 70mio (8,2%); 9 shareholders in the "1-10mio" range own 34,2mio (4,0%).

If we cummulate all these shares only less then 25 shareholders have more than 95%-99% of the shares (858mio O/S). We are all waiting that the business is to explode but at the moment we don't know what the directors are doing. As it could be a beneficial business it's in their interest to load their pockets with big salaries in stead of paying dividend to us....

It's just a thought !!!!!
